Terms Of Service

This document outlines of the terms of agreement (the "Agreement") between the review requestor (the "Bidder") and Beacon-Directory (the "Directory").

The Bidder must agree to the terms of this document to bid with Beacon Directory.

Link Policy

• Site details cannot be changed unless specifically permitted by Beacon-Directory
• Sites are listed permanently in our directory but position is determined by bids
• Sites can be removed at any time for violating our submission policies
• Sites that link to illegal or adult-related (pornography) Web sites are strictly forbidden
• Site descriptions must not contain ALL CAPS or too many adjectives like "cool", "awesome", etc.
• Valid link titles, URLs and descriptions are always at the discretion of Beacon-Directory

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Submissions for review (bids) are non-refundable.
• If you have a question as to whether or not your site will be accepted for listing
• please contact us prior to submitting. Refunds will NOT be issued for
• submissions that are not accepted.
• You can remove a listing by contacting us. Once ownership is confirmed your listing can be removed, however no bids will be refunded.
